Ingredients


  • 2 cups shredded smoked Gouda cheese
  • 2 cups mayonnaise
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 4oz. Patrick Cudahy Bacon, cooked
  • 1 small can green chilies, drained

Directions


  • Mix all ingredients together; place in ovenproof pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes, until the dip is bubbly and starting to brown on the edges. Serve warm with bread, crackers or chips.
