Ingredients


  • 1 Patrick Cudahy® Ham Off the Bone Quarter
  • Honey and Brown Sugar Glaze:
  • 1/3 c. packed dark brown sugar
  • 2 tbs. honey
  • ½ tsp. ground allspice

Directions


  • 1. Heat oven to 325ºF.
  • 2. For the glaze, combine brown sugar, honey, and ground allspice in small bowl; set aside (mixture will be crumbly).
  • 3. Place Patrick Cudahy® Ham Off the Bone Quarter in a small roasting pan. Cover with foil and bake for 19-23 minutes per pound, or until 135ºF.
  • 4. When ham has 20 minutes left to cook, remove from oven and carefully spread Honey and Brown Sugar Glaze over top and sides of the ham. Continue baking for 20 minutes or until glazed. Spoon any remaining glaze from pan over ham before serving.
