Ingredients


  • 8 oz Patrick Cudahy® Ham Off The Bone Quarter, sliced thin
  • 8 oz pulled pork
  • ¾ cup thinly sliced dill pickles
  • 1 cup poblano peppers, chopped
  • 8 slices Swiss cheese
  • ½ cup queso fresco (semi-soft cheese)
  • ½ cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 cup honey mustard sauce
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 4 flatbreads (8 oz size)

A delicious mix of traditional ingredients make this flatbread an irresistible, flavorful favorite

Directions


  • 1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees
  • 2. Lay flatbread on foil-lined baking sheet and spread with honey mustard sauce.
  • 3. Place Swiss cheese on flatbread, followed by pork, Patrick Cudahy® Ham, dill pickles, peppers and queso fresco.
  • 4. Bake 8-12 minutes, or until cheese is bubbling and crust is golden brown.
  • 5. Garnish with lime juice and cilantro.
