Ingredients


  • 12 oz Patrick Cudahy® Ham Off The Bone Quarter, shredded
  • 2 tsp sriracha
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • ½ cup shredded cucumber
  • ½ cup thinly sliced scallions
  • ½ cup thinly sliced carrots
  • 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tsp chopped basil
  • 1 tsp chopped mint
  • 1 tsp crushed fresh ginger
  • 4 French baguettes

A fusion of flavor makes this delicious sandwich an inspired treat for brunch, lunch or dinner.

Directions


  • 1. Slice baguettes in half, toast until golden.
  • 2. Combine mayonnaise, lime juice, and sriracha. Divide evenly and spread on bottom half of each baguette.
  • 3. In a separate bowl, combine cucumber, scallions, carrots, rice wine vinegar and sweet chili sauce.
  • 4. Lay shredded Patrick Cudahy® Ham on baguette.
  • 5. Top with cucumber slaw, basil, mint and ginger.
