A tasty dish that will add more fun to your summer events.
- Cook brats on grill and let cool. Cut brats into 1 inch pieces and wrap with half of a strip of Pre-Cooked Patrick Cudahy® Sweet Apple-Wood Smoked Bacon Slices. Skewer with a small toothpick to secure. Reheat bacon wrapped brat pieces on a foil-lined baking sheet in a 350° oven until bacon cooks and renders off some of the fat. Remove small toothpicks. Place bacon-brat sliders on mini pretzel buns with a dollop of mustard. Secure with long wooden toothpick. Serve warm.
